Buy and Sell Cemetery Plots LLC. cannot and does not appraise the value of your cemetery property. The sale price of your property has been established by you, the owner, and Buy and Sell Cemetery Plots LLC. has made no representations as to the sale price that you may receive.

Although your cemetery property will be exposed to thousands of potential buyers as a result of the Buy and Sell Cemetery Plots LLC. advertising program, Buy and Sell Cemetery Plots LLC. does not have a specific buyer at the present time. The advertising period and sale price are determined by market conditions and along with multiple other factors you desire to sell.

Because we are an advertising company and are not involved in the sale or the negotiation of the sale, we are unable to provide you with statistics of the percentage of sales as a result of our advertising program.

Refund Policy
Buy and Sell Cemetery Plots LLC will advertise your cemetery property until sold or for up to twelve months, whichever occurs first.  You may renew at no charge for another twelve months by giving us written notice thirty days before the termination of the first twelve month period.  Buy and Sell Cemetery Plots LLC will refund 50% of the advertising fee if your cemetery property is sold in any other way within 50% of the original sale price upon proof of a bona fide sale occurring during the original listing period.  Otherwise, the listing fee is non-refundable.  There is no guarantee that the cemetery plot will sell at any price.
